Extra attention has also been generated by the recent conversion of the Argentinierstrasse into one of the city’s most important bicy-

major closings took place in the Prinz Eugen Strasse and Kettenbrückengasse. Market activity has basically shifted towards central locations, while the Central Railway Station and Sonnwend quarter, which previously served as a source of strong impulses for the district areas near the beltway, presently play a less important role for investors.
