A NEW RESIDENTIAL AREA is emerging from the middle of Pen- zing’s Breitensee locality occupying part of the old barracks of Körner- Kaserne. The next few years will see more than a thousand subsidised and privately financed apartments built by various developers on a total area of 4.1 hectares.
